§01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Goodir hospital booking platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to patients booking appointments, hospitals managing their rosters, and administrators operating the platform.

§02

Account Registration

To book appointments online, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify it via the one-time code we send you.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

§03

Appointment Bookings

Appointments are subject to doctor availability and hospital capacity. Booking an appointment reserves a slot at the specified time, identified by a ticket number generated at the time of payment.

Online bookings are charged via the integrated Waafi payment gateway. A non-refundable platform fee of $1 is added to every online appointment in addition to the consultation fee set by the hospital.

  • Free shifts: When a hospital marks a shift as free, the consultation fee is waived but the $1 platform fee still applies.
  • Visiting doctors: Bookings are accepted up to the doctor's visiting end date.
  • Booking cutoff: Online bookings close a fixed number of minutes before the shift starts, set by each hospital.
§04

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Waafi at the moment of booking. If your shift is filled while your payment is being processed, the full amount including the platform fee is automatically refunded.

No-shows and patient-initiated cancellations do not qualify for refunds unless required by local law.

§05

Hospital Responsibilities

Hospitals are responsible for the accuracy of doctor profiles, schedules, and pricing displayed on the platform. Hospitals manage their own doctors, including credentials, fees, and visiting windows.

Hospitals must honor confirmed appointments and may only cancel or mark no-shows through the platform's official tools.

§06

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any party. Attempting to circumvent the booking, payment, or capacity rules is prohibited.

§07

Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but make no guarantees of uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

§08

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodir Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed appointments or medical outcomes.

§09

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
